Privacy policy

What we store

• The review you write: rating, title, text, what could be better, feature and language used. This is published.
• Your name or display name and, if you choose one, your country. These are published with your review.
• Your email address. This is never published.
• A one-way coded value derived from your internet address, used for rate limiting. We cannot turn it back into your address, and it is deleted after two days.
• A one-way coded value for each helpful vote, so that each person can vote once per review.

Why we store it

• To publish your review, based on the consent you give when you submit it.
• To check whether your email matches a DubVoice.ai account, so the review can be marked Verified customer.
• To contact you about your review if we need to.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

How long we keep it

• Published reviews stay until you ask us to delete them.
• Rejected reviews are deleted automatically 90 days after rejection.
• Rate-limiting data is deleted after two days.

Cookies and tracking

The public site sets no cookies and loads no trackers unless you choose “Allow analytics”. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets cookies and sends usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) to Google so we can count visits. If you decline, it is never loaded. Your choice is stored only in your browser, and you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We use no advertising trackers. Fonts and all other files are served from this site. Only team members who sign in to moderate get a session cookie.

Who can see your data

Only the DubVoice.ai moderation team can see your email address. We use hosting and database providers to run the site; they process data only on our instructions under data processing agreements. If you allow analytics, Google receives the usage data described above. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
