Who runs this site

The DubVoice.ai team runs this site. We built it so that people deciding whether DubVoice.ai fits their work can read what other customers say, in their own words.

Because we run it, we set out our rules here in full, so you can judge the reviews for yourself.

Every rating is published

We publish reviews of every rating, from one star to five. We do not hide, bury or push down negative reviews. Sorting by lowest rating works the same way as sorting by highest.

The average rating and all counts are calculated automatically from published reviews only. Nothing is typed in by hand.

How reviews are moderated

Every new review starts as pending. A member of the team reads it and either approves it or rejects it with a reason. Moderation never changes the text or the star rating of a review: our database blocks such edits.

The team may post one public reply under any review. Replies are clearly labelled as coming from the DubVoice.ai team.

What gets removed

We reject or remove a review only if it contains:

• Spam or advertising, or text not based on a real experience with DubVoice.ai
• Hate speech, harassment or threats
• Personal data, such as phone numbers, addresses or other people's details
• Off-topic content that is not about DubVoice.ai

A low rating or criticism is never a reason for removal. We also delete a review when its author asks us to.

What the labels mean

Verified customer: the email address given with the review matches a DubVoice.ai account. Reviews are unverified by default. An unverified review is not a fake review; it just means we could not match it to an account.

Received free credits for this review: the reviewer got free DubVoice.ai credits for writing a review. We show this on the review so you can take it into account. Credits are never tied to giving a positive rating.

Languages

Reviews are shown in the language they were written in, with a label for that language. We do not machine-translate reviews.
